Delivery and Return

Once your order is registered, it is processed individually within 2 working days of receipt, excluding holidays. The shipments are delivered to our usual carriers that we have chosen for their reliability. They will take care of deliveries to the address you provide. The carriers are not responsible for any potential damages during transportation. Our wine boxes are shipped in perfect conditions. Check the packages with the carrier on their arrival : the number, the exterior appearance, the weight. In case of damage or missing package, immediately make reservations on the delivery slip. The delivery time may vary depending on the distance and the weather conditions or any other external problem, from a few days to over a week sometimes. Shipping within 48 hours in mainland France. We do not ensure any shipment abroad. The prices are expressed in euros all taxes included, thus including VAT at the rate in force of 20%. They do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs: 15 €. Free from 6 bottles (carriage paid 6 bottles). All our bottles have a capacity of 75cl unless otherwise stated in the detailed product sheet on our online store.
